DELIVERY METHODS
1. Home delivery by courier service - GLS Courier Service
Your package will be delivered by GLS courier service employees to the specified delivery address, which can be your home or workplace. Delivery takes place on weekdays between 8 AM and 5 PM. Specifying an exact time is not possible! In case of a single unsuccessful delivery attempt, the GLS Courier will leave a notification at the given address, precisely indicating the time of the next delivery. You can also pay the cash on delivery amount to the GLS courier by credit card.
Delivery time: 24-48 hours.

2. GLS Parcel Locker pick-up
Choose a GLS Parcel Locker that is convenient for you! You can pick up your package at GLS Parcel Lockers 24 hours a day, day and night. You can also pay by credit card at GLS Parcel Lockers. It is advisable to choose this delivery method if you cannot adjust to the Courier Service's schedule. Once we have handed over the package to the Courier Service, we are no longer able to modify the delivery conditions (e.g., payment method).

Important information! Please check the package upon receipt, and if it is damaged, ask for a report to be made and do not accept the package.
If you provide delivery-related information in the comments field during the order (e.g., requesting a phone call), we will forward it to the Courier Service. The Courier Service is not an employee of our company, so it is only responsible for package delivery and is not authorized to act otherwise.
Once we have handed over the package to the Courier Service, we are no longer able to modify the delivery conditions (e.g., changing the payment method or delivery date).
PAYMENT METHODS
1. Cash on delivery
You must pay for the ordered products to the Courier upon receipt of the package. With the GLS courier, you can also pay the cash on delivery amount by credit card. The fee for cash on delivery is HUF 500.
2. Bank transfer payment
You can also pay the purchase amount by bank transfer. We will dispatch the ordered product(s) to you after the amount has been received. Please transfer the purchase amount to the following bank account number:

Please include the order number and the name of the Buyer in the transfer's comment field.
3. Stripe credit card payment
Activity performed by the Recipient: Online payment
Scope of data processed: Billing data, name, email address
Scope of data subjects: All data subjects who choose credit card payment on the website.
Purpose of data processing: Facilitating online payment, confirming transactions, and fraud monitoring (checking for abuses) for user protection.
Duration of data processing, deadline for data deletion: Until the online payment is processed.
Legal basis for data processing: Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR. Data processing is necessary for the performance of online payment at the request of the data subject.
